Orkney FC match called off

Orkney’s FC’s match against Halkirk United — due to kick off at 12.30pm at the KGS 3G pitch — has been called off this morning due to a frozen pitch.

It is the second time in a month that the match between the two sides has been called off, and Orkney’s wait for a league match — their last North Caledonian League fixture was on Saturday, November 28 — goes on.

Their next scheduled match is at home to Golspie Sutherland on Saturday, February 27.
