Police appeal after Deerness crash

Police are appealing for information, following a road traffic collision on the A960 road, near to Dingieshowe, Deerness, at 4.50pm yesterday.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnesses the collision, in particular the driver of a silver/grey people carrier, which, police said, overtook two vehicles slightly prior to Dingieshowe.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Kirkwall Police Station, on 872241.
