Police appeal after vehicle damaged

Police in Kirkwall are appealing for information after a car was damaged in a hit-and-run collision in Kirkwall on Tuesday.

A spokesman said that the black Audi A6 was struck by another vehicle, between 10am and 12.15pm, either in the Albert Street car park or in the Tesco car park.

The Audi was dented, with scrapes to the driver’s side wheel and rear passenger door, leaving blue paint.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact the police station via 101.
