Police on the hunt of rooftop vandals

Police Scotland is appealing for information following reports of a number of rooftops being vandalised along Albert Street, Kirkwall.

Officers say the incidents took place between Monday, April 29, and Wednesday, May 1.

The roofs of three buildings have sustained damage and it has been reported that a number of youths were seen on the rooftops by members of the local community, according to police.

Officers are encouraging anyone with information to contact Police Scotland on 101, attend at the Kirkwall Police Station, or contact Crimestoppers.
