Pupils’ artwork on display

A special exhibition of artwork made by Papdale Primary School pupils opened at The Orcadian Bookshop this week.

Pupils in classes P2/3S, P3E and P3M at Papdale Primary worked alongside local artists to create their own story settings, characters, plots and poems inspired by the sea.

The exhibition, which including paintings, story books, poems and photographs of them working with the artists, opened in the upstairs gallery of The Orcadian Bookshop yesterday and runs for a week.
