Roadworks in progress . . .

Orkney Islands Council will be carrying out surface dressing and road-marking operations for the remainder of this week in the following areas of South Ronaldsay:

A961, Cleat Road – Burwick

A961, Barswick – Flaws

A961, Honeysgeo – Grimness

If time permits, work will also take place on the B9050, Newark – Skaill road.

Cars and light vehicles will be subject to diversions where possible, while buses and heavy goods will experience delays and speed restrictions.
