Update: OIC telephone and email issues resolved

OIC has said that its phone and email systems have been restored, after experience problems, this morning.

Following a power cut, last night, some businesses and public services in Kirkwall have been experiencing telephone and internet issues.

Meanwhile, here at The Orcadian, we have also been having some difficulties, but we believe that these have now been resolved.
