Two through in Highland Amateur Cup

Two Orkney football teams have progressed to the next round of the Highland Amateur Cup, following today’s second round fixtures.

Kirkwall Hotspurs won 4-2 at Ardersier, while Thorfinn beat Castletown on penalties after it ended all-square after 90 minutes and extra-time.

Rendall, Rovers and Stromness are out, though, after defeats to Keg Wanderers, KDM Ace and Wick Groats respectively.
