Two-vehicle accident closes Holm straight

Part of the Holm straight was closed off to traffic, this evening, Wednesday, following a road traffic accident.

According to police the two-vehicle crash was shortly before 6pm this evening and part of the A961 north of St Mary’s was blocked as a result. No injuries have been recorded.

The road has since been reopened.
