Uppie boys make it a double

The Uppies made it a festive double in the boys’ Ba’ in a game lasting just over an hour.
Fifteen-year-old Connor Hancock from Holm was then declared the winner almost immediately afterwards.
Two breaks — the first from Broad Street to outside the Orkney Hotel on Victoria Street, and the second down a lane onto Junction Road, and then on to the Uppie goal at Mackinson’s Corner — proved to be decisive as the Uppies dominated play throughout.
