Orkney Islands Council is looking for feedback it’s customer services provide.
Customer service advisors are the first point of contact for people contacting the council and are responsible for range of services – from processing rent and council tax payments to taking bookings and answering queries.
Catherine Foubister, the OIC customer services manager, said: “As the first point of contact for our customers it’s important that our team create a good first impression and provide a quality service from the start. We’re always looking to improve and we welcome feedback from the public.”
A feedback survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/OICCustomerServices2016 and paper copies are also available from staff at the One Stop Shop in Kirkwall.
A separate survey will be carried out for the Warehouse Buildings, in Stromness, in the future.
