Council’s online business survey goes live

Orkney Islands Council has launched its biennual business survey.

The survey, which was launched last week via emails sent out to local businesses, will give the council a better understanding of current trading conditions and the challenges facing Orkney businesses in the current climate.

Aside from via email the survey can also be completed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CDR7XM5.

In the survey, the OIC seeks information such as the number of staff they employ, their development and marketing plans and other ways that business performance could be improved.

The results of the 2012 survey are available on the council website.
