Bell rings for last time at old Stromness Primary

It was the end of an era for Stromness today, with primary pupils leaving their old school for the last time.

The children now have two days off to allow staff to relocate to the new premises, at the north end of the town.

The pupils’ first day at their new school will be next Tuesday, January 15.
