First XV kick off with victory

Orkney Rugby Club’s First XV kicked off their 2014/15 season in the BT Caledonia League Division 1 with a bonus-point victory.

Orkney beat Mackie Academy 50-21 in front of a large crowd at Picky this afternoon.

The hosts follow up the win with another home fixture next weekend, against Morgan Academy on Saturday, September 13.
