Help the council improve customer service
Members of the public who call or visit the OIC over the next few weeks may be asked to answer some questions about their experience, as part of the council’s annual customer services survey.
Customers will be selected at random and asked if they would like to participate in the brief survey.
Anyone who would like to complete the survey can also contact customer services at the council on 873535 ext 2903 who will arrange for a form to be completed over the phone or posted out.
Alternatively, and for the first time this year, the survey can also be completed entirely online at www.orkney.gov.uk
The survey will run from Monday, October 10, to Friday, November 4.
