Highland Park team put distillery downtime to good use

The production team at Highland Park distillery has spent the past two months volunteering on an almost full-time basis, for nearly 20 charities and organisations in the county.
This comes after a critical pipe bridge at the distillery in Kirkwall was damaged in early May, resulting in an enforced “silent season,” while they wait for planning permission for a replacement bridge.
