Alfred Flett Architectural & Surveying Services is a growing and forward-thinking practice delivering high-quality architectural and surveying solutions to a wide range of clients. Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, we are looking to welcome a motivated individual to assist our Architectural Manager in delivering projects to a high professional standard.

We are open to applications from trainees, recent graduates, or more experienced professionals, and the role can be tailored to suit the right candidate’s level of experience.

The Role
Working closely with the Architectural Manager, you will be involved in the delivery of architectural services across a varied portfolio of projects. Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting the management and delivery of projects at all stages of development, from initial concept through to successful completion
• Assisting with the preparation and coordination of drawing packages and technical information
• Helping with the submission of associated Planning and Building Warrant applications
• Liaising and collaborating with clients, consultants, and local authorities
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice

About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and keen to develop their career within a supportive and expanding firm. You may be:
• A trainee or graduate looking to gain hands-on experience
• An architectural assistant or technician with practical experience
• A more experienced individual seeking a new opportunity within a smaller, growing practice

• The ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• An understanding of the Scottish Planning system and Building Standards, with scope to develop further
