Office Administrator/Receptionist
A full-time, permanent vacancy has arisen for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to work with our team based in Kirkwall.
The role will be to provide first point of contact with customers, and to respond to telephone and email enquiries.
Record daily garage workload, input job sheets for invoicing and carry out weekly cash reconciliation and banking.
Successful candidate must have a good phone manner and be proficient in admin/IT.
