North Isles result brings election to a close

The final declaration of the 2012 council election, for the North Isles ward, was announced around 10.30am this morning.

The new councillors for the North Isles are as follows:

• Stephen Clackson (elected at stage one).
• Stephen Hagan (elected at stage one).
• Graham Sinclair (elected at stage four).

The percentage poll for the ward was 57.47 per cent.
