Orkney’s champion cheese . . .

Orkney Cheese’s Mature Cheddar has been named champion cheese at the Royal Highland Show.

It also achieved gold standard and won several other of the top prizes, beating a range of cheeses from all over the UK, across 12 classes.

Orkney Cheese also achieved bronze standard for its mild coloured cheddar and silver standard for its extra mature cheddar.
