Orkney’s Olympic hopeful visits local schools
Pupils will have the opportunity to meet Orkney’s own potential Olympic rower, Sean Corrigall, this week, as he visits schools in the county.
Sean will get under way on Thursday when he revisits his former school, Stromness Academy, to give a motivational talk to 3rd and 4th Year pupils. Pupils will have the opportunity to ask former pupil Sean about his achievements so far, and his aspirations for the future.
On Friday, he’ll visit Papdale Primary School’s sports day at the Bignold Park, where he will say a few words to open the event – before visiting Glaitness and St Andrews Primary schools.
