Roadwork plans for this week . . .

Weather permitting, Orkney Islands Council will be carrying out surface dressing and road marking operations this week in the following areas:

B9056, Cumlaquoy Road – A967.
Skidge Road.
Hundland Road, A986 – Durkadale Road.
Wattle Road.
Durkadale Road, Howally – Hundasetter.
Vinbreck Road.

A convoy system will be in operation for all vehicular traffic, this will involve delays for all vehicles, but we will endeavour to keep any delays to a minimum.

The council apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but would greatly appreciate the public co-operation with these restrictions in the interests of road safety.
