Science Festival cash boost

The Orkney International Science Festival is one of seven in the country to share £56,000 funding from the Scottish Government.

Orkney’s annual festival, which will run from September 4-10, 2014, has been awarded £6,500 to host events celebrating the work of acclaimed physicist James Clerk Maxwell through a series of activities.
