South Ronaldsay secure final spot

South Ronaldsay booked their place in the final of The Orcadian Parish Cup with a semi-final victory over Holm this afternoon.

A goal just before half-time saw the hosts win 1-0 and level the tie 2-2 on aggregate, progressing to next month’s final on away goals.

South Ronaldsay will face either Stromness or St Ola in the final on County Show night.

Stromness host St Ola at the Market Green at 7pm, with the visitors 2-0 ahead on aggregate.
