Over £25,000 raised for Children in Need

Folk in Orkney dug deep again this year, raising over £25,000 for the annual BBC Children in Need appeal.

This was the 31st Children in Need appeal that Radio Orkney has run locally and by the end of Friday night’s marathon radio programme, the total raised stood at  £25,452.21.

Last year’s Orkney Children in Need appeal raised £20,000.
