Big Day Out in Birsay

The new community hall in Birsay is due to host a day of fun events today.

The Birsay Big Day Out is set to start at 2pm and will see a host of activities taking place, including a kids sport events and a planned raft race across Boardhouse Loch.

Fun stalls, raffles and quizzes will also be hosted at the hall during the day, before a dance in the evening.
