Further disruption to ferry services

A technical problem affecting the ferry Thorsvoe is currently under investigation, and as a result morning sailings on the South Isles routes have been cancelled. Later sailings will be reviewed at 12 noon.

Today’s household waste collection in Flotta has been cancelled and is now due to take place tomorrow instead.

Tomorrow’s household waste collection in Eday has also been cancelled while repairs to the storm-damaged access road to the pier are carried out.
