Gearing up for the Rousay Lap

The 2014 Rousay Lap is due to take place on the island tomorrow.

The ever-popular event sees participants either run, cycle or walk the 13.1-mile course.

The contest is set to get under way at noon, with registration taking place between 11.15am and 11.45am.
