The Pier Arts Centre

The Pier Arts Centre in Stromness is eager to invite applications to join its volunteer Board of Directors which is responsible for governance of the charity.

 Applications are encouraged from those with expertise in capital development (buildings), and/or an interest and knowledge of the charitable museums and arts sector.

Applicants should demonstrate an understanding of the contribution that the Centre can make to wider wellbeing and economic benefit of the community.

Trustees are not remunerated but expenses for attending quarterly meetings can be met. 

Applicants should supply a CV and covering letter of no more than two sides of A4.
