1. Night cleaners
• Evening/night shifts
• Responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards across the
factory
• Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided

2. Processing staff
• Day shifts available
• Handling and preparing crab and shellfish products
• High-risk environment –
must be able to work efficiently as part of a team

3. Ponds Person/Manager (live shellfish)
• Landing, managing and caring for live shellfish stock
• Monitoring water systems, stock and stock health
• Physical role, working both indoors and outdoors
• Flexible hours
• Must hold a valid driving licence and able to drive a forklift
