EXPERIENCED CHEF WANTED

• Contract: full-time, permanent
• Pay: £13.80/hr
• Schedule: 39hrs pw, early start @ 6 a.m.

Donaldsons are looking for an experienced chef to join our award-winning team.

Our team produce large batch cooked and ready-to-cook products for our busy high street shop, successful website, and wholesale accounts.

This role utilises a variety of skills and processes, including using boilers, slicing machines, and Combi ovens. You will be required to adhere to strict HACCP and hygiene protocols. You will be working under a supervising chef but will be expected to work independently.

Our chef team work collaboratively with the butchery, production, and marketing departments to produce exceptional quality and award-winning pies, ready meals, and artisanal smoked products. You must be able to demonstrate consistency and adherence to already developed recipes. You will also have opportunity to demonstrate creativity in developing new products and recipes.
