Union meeting adjourned until later in the month

In an effort to resolve the ongoing pay dispute at Orkney Ferries, the unions and Orkney Ferries Ltd met today, under the auspices of reconciliation and arbitration service, ACAS.

A very short OIC statement issued this afternoon said: “The meeting was adjourned and a further meeting will be held in the latter part of August.”
