Victory for ORFC in first home game

Orkney Rugby Club’s First XV recorded their first win of the season at Picky this afternoon.

Orkney beat Ellon 76-20 in what was a comfortable bonus-point victory.

Orkney were rarely troubled by Ellon, with the hosts 45-3 ahead at half-time.

Ellon produced a brief fightback early on in the second half, but Orkney regained their composure and saw out a convincing result.
