Businesswoman speaks out after traumatic scam experience

A Kirkwall business woman has shared her experience of a traumatic encounter with fraudsters, in an effort to save others from falling foul of scams.

Following an expertly crafted and convincing slew of lies, Inga Cooper from Harray was led to believe that she had been targeted by fraudsters — when in fact, the real fraud was taking place under her nose.
