Healthy Living Centres set for A Winter Workout

A number of Healthy Living Centres across Orkney have signed up to the A Winter Workout challenge, which is due to take place today, between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.

The challenge sees centres and fitness suites offering opportunities for people to go in and attempt to achieve a combined total of 500 kilometres.

Healthy Living Centre taking part in the event are: Rousay, Shapinsay, Sanday, Stronsay, Westray, North Walls, St Margaret’s Hope and the Dounby Centre.
