It’s County Show Day!

We’ve reached the thrilling conclusion of Orkney’s agricultural show calendar — County Show Day.

Farmers, equestrians, dog handlers — and what seems like more than half the count are set to make their way through Bignold Park in Kirkwall this Saturday for an event which showcases livestock and businesses, as well as putting on rides and other fun activities.

We’ll be sharing coverage of today’s judging from the show online, as well as full coverage in next week’s edition of The Orcadian.
