Leask Marine, a leading force in the marine services and renewable energy support sector, is seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused Project and Operations Coordinator to join its fast-paced and dynamic team.

About the role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, working with clients, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced marine and engineering environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by managing client communications, coordinating meetings and actions, maintaining project documentation, and supporting both fabrication and marine operations activities.

Responsibilities
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Coordinating project meetings, actions, and documentation.
Supporting fabrication and marine operations teams.
Assisting Project Managers with project administration and reporting.
Tracking project progress and ensuring actions are completed.
Maintaining strong communication between clients and internal teams.

Candidate requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience in project coordination, administration, or
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Professional and confident dealing with clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience within marine, offshore, engineering, fabrication, construction, or renewable energy sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
