Join the RSPB team working across Orkney’s stunning reserves, from moorland to seabird cliffs. We’re seeking a skilled, proactive warden to lead habitat, estate and livestock management, deliver conservation projects and support volunteers.

A hands-on, varied role in remote locations – ideal for someone adaptable, resilient and confident working outdoors year-round. Includes lone working and some weekends/evenings.
