Thorfinn and Dounby draw in league opener
Kirkwall Thorfinn and Dounby drew 1-1 at the Bignold Park as the Orkney Cheese ‘A’ League got under way this evening.
A second-half strike from Mark Seator cancelled out Thorfinn’s first-half opener, which came courtesy of a Dounby own goal.
Thorfinn were reduced to ten men late on in the match, before Dounby goalkeeper Erlend Poke was named as the Swannay Brewery Man of the Match.
