Citizens Advice appeal for help to expand service
The Orkney Citizens Advice Bureau are hoping to increase their advice services by 50 per cent — but they need help to achieve their goal.
Manager Alison Gunn explained that they have applied to the RBS Community Force for funding to support the recruitment and training of six plus new volunteer advisers.
“This would allow us to increase our general advice giving capacity by up to 50 per cent, meaning that we could help far more people far more quickly.”
