Community Learning Classes 2022

ADVERTORIAL: For a full description of all our courses, please visit www.orkney.gov.uk/welearn or collect a leaflet from the OIC Customer Services, leisure facilities or libraries.

How to enrol:
Go to: www.Orkney.gov.uk/welearn. You will need to log in or register if you are using the system for the first time. Videos showing how to do each stage of enrolment are on the council website at: www.orkney.gov.uk/welearn. We advise you to watch the videos first before registering.

Phone: Customer Services 01856 873535 You will be asked to quote the course reference number. Course fees can be paid in full or in instalments. Please contact customer services if you wish to pay in instalments.

By post: Please complete the form on page 14 of the course leaflet.

ActiveLife: Anyone with ActiveLife membership can enrol on any of the health and wellbeing courses as part of their membership at no extra cost. If you are an ActiveLife budget holder, then you are eligible for a concession rate of 50p per class.

Concessions: 50% concessionary rates are available on all non-ActiveLife courses, depending on your benefit entitlement. Please see the course leaflet for more details.

Refunds: All course fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a course cancellation due to low enrolment numbers.

Privacy statement: We require the information obtained at the time of booking in order to process your booking request. Providing this public service is the legal basis for the council’s lawful processing of these details. Only members of staff who need to will have access to this information.
