Office Administrator
Office Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of the business that sell, service, and distribute agricultural machinery, equipment, parts and farming supplies.
This role is to offer administrative support, customer service, and basic bookkeeping, ensuring that parts, sales and service departments run efficiently.
Core responsibilities
• Office administration: administering day-to-day operations, handling
phone calls, emails and filing.
• Parts, sales and service support: assisting each department with
documentation, preparing quotes for machinery, processing customer
orders and time sheets.
• Customer interaction: acting as the first point of contact for customers
face-to-face and on the telephone, handling enquiries and coordinating
them to the correct department.
• Accounts and bookkeeping: maintaining accurate records for accounts
payable and receivable, processing invoices, and helping with banking.
• Processing mail: organising and preparing all mail ready for sending.
• Deliveries: may be required to make occasional deliveries of parts, post
and the banking.
Required skills
• Experience in office administration.
• Knowledge and proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, email and
internet).
• Deal with customers and suppliers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Be able to work on their own and as part of a team.
• Driving licence would be an advantage.
Hours of work
• Flexible hours available, hours to be agreed.

• Good rates of pay depending on experience.
