Man charged in connection with fatal road crash

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal road crash near Finstown last year.

The 27-year-old man is expected to appear at Kirkwall Sheriff Court at a later date in connection with the incident, which took place on Saturday, October 15, 2022.

An 82-year-old woman died following the collision on the A965.
