Police appeal after vandalism and reckless driving

Police are appealing for information after two incidents believed to have taken place last week.

Firstly, a Stagecoach Bus, parked in the Travel Centre car park on Ferry Road, Stromness, was damaged sometime between the evening of Wednesday, December 3, and the following morning.

Secondly, Police are looking to trace any witnesses to a white Renault van being “driven recklessly” on Kirkwall’s Broad Street on the afternoon of Thursday, December 4.

They are also keen to trace the owner of a black car, possibly a Ford, which was parked adjacent to The Reel, Broad Street, at the same time and which may have sustained damage there.
