Police seek witnesses to Harbour Street assault

Kirkwall police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed an assault in Kirkwall’s Harbour Street in the early hours of Sunday morning.

According to a spokesman, the incident occurred around 12.45am, and saw a male approach a male and female and assault them both.

He added that there were numerous people in the area at the time and that police would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the incident.
