Young musicians gather in Stromness

The Orkney Rotary Young Musician Competition is to take place today, Sunday, in the Stromness Town Hall.

The competition will be adjudicated by Neil Morris from Shetland, who will give comments to candidates, and certificates on the day.

There are two classes — instrumental and vocal — and winners will qualify to go through to the district final in Perth.
