Broadband upgrade work
Roadworks will be carried out over the next month throughout Orkney linked to the roll out of Superfast broadband by BT Openreach and KN Networks.
The work is planned for:
- The Kirkwall area
- The Stromness area
- A956 – Kirkwall to Stromness
- Howe Road
- A966 – Evie
- A960 – Kirkwall to Deerness
- B9050 – Deerness
Drivers are asked to be patient when approaching traffic lights at the areas where the work is undertaken.
