Goalless between Orkney and Loch Ness

In a game of few clear cut chances, Orkney FC and Loch Ness ended in a 0-0 stalemate.

Liam Delday hit the post but that was the closest either side came to breaking the deadlock at the KGS 3G this afternoon.

The match also saw Chris Simpson make his 100th appearance for the club, just the second player to achieve the feat.

Loch Ness remain at the top of the North Caledonian League on 34 points but for Orkney, six points further back having played a game more, the result all but ends their hopes of a late charge to the title.
