Orkney Bible Festival launches today

The inaugural Orkney Bible Festival begins today, Friday, and runs until Sunday at the Firth church, in Finstown.

The main focus of the festival is the series of three evening meetings looking at passionate Christian living. The speaker will be Jeremy McQuoid, widely acknowledged as one of Scotland’s foremost Christian conference speakers.

The main evening meetings start at 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday and 7pm on Sunday. A Saturday seminar will also be held at Firth Church starting at 2.30pm, entitled Discipleship in the Local Church. All the meetings are free to attend.
