
Plans unveiled for showpark upgrade
A series of upgrades to the Dounby showpark have taken a step forward, with plans now lodged with the local authority.
West Mainland Agricultural Society are looking to extend a shed, create four spaces for motorhomes, and install solar panels on the pavillion building.
The group says that, when show day arrives in August, the existing facilities are “not fit for purpose.”
